Bryan Robb


Digital Throttle was founded by Bryan in 2009 after a successful career leading aftermarket online sales for Source Interlink Media, the parent company of over 60 iconic brands such as Hot Rod, Motor Trend, and Motorcyclist.

An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Bryan started in the business at the Edelbrock Corporation where he rose to VP of Sales. Prior to joining Source Interlink, Bryan was a principal with DCi, an aftermarket marketing services firm and owner of CatalogRack.com, a trade-focused electronic cataloging service.

Bryan earned both his B.S. and MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Sean Finley


Sean Finley, President of Digital Throttle’s Powersports Group is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast and has worked in the motorcycle industry for over 20 years.

Sean was previously Group Publisher of the Source Interlink Motorcycle Group, which includes leading magazines and websites such as Dirt Rider, Motorcyclist, Hot Bike and ATV Rider. Prior to Source Interlink, Sean was Director of Marketing for Shoei Safety Helmets where he played a major role in product planning, advertising, communications, distribution and sales.

Sean earned a B.S. in Business Management from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

Jesse Zeigler 


Jesse Ziegler, Sales Director of Digital Throttle’s Powersports group, has been a motorcycle media and marketing professional for over a decade.

Previously, Jesse held marketing positions at KTM North America and KLIM Technical Riding Gear as Brand Manager and Communications Coordinator, respectfully. Prior to focusing on marketing full-time, Jesse was a member of the Dirt Rider magazine editorial staff, rising to Executive Editor there. Jesse started his professional career copywriting for brands—such as iconic motocross marquee Fox Racing—while enrolled in college and held his first editorial position as an intern at MX Racer magazine. Jesse has been responsible for nearly all aspects of marketing, media planning and buying, communications, media relations and editorial content creating/management throughout his career.

Jesse earned his B.A. in Print Journalism with a minor emphasis in Media Arts from The University of Montana.

Dave Roe


Dave Roe, Director of Sales for our American Motorcycle Group, is another lifelong motorcycle enthusiast.

Dave was previously Director of Sales and Operations for Hot Bike, Baggers and Street Chopper at the Bonnier Motorcycle Group. Previous jobs were held at Toyota Motor Credit as a Retail Service Supervisor and Credit Acceptance Corporation as a Dealer Relations Manager.

Dave has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management and an Associates of Arts in Automotive Aftermarket from Northwood University.

Vicki Norman


Vicki Newton-Norman, President of Digital Throttle’s Marine Group and Sales Director is a lifelong boating enthusiast, former competitive water skier, PWC endurance racer and licensed USCG captain.

Norman’s marine marketing career began in the mid-'90s working for the leading print publications of the time; Powerboat, Trailer Boats, Watercraft World, Power and Motoryacht and later launching Speedboat and Sportboat. As a magazine publisher and USCG Captain, she was a also member of the boat test teams, testing more than 600 boats. Norman joined Digital Throttle in 2013 and has been instrumental in developing the marine and RV divisions. Her professional experience coupled with her passion for the boating industry make her an ideal marketing partner who knows the industry and how to help you find your customers using all digital platforms. 

Vicki earned her B.S. in Sociology from San Diego State University.

Joe Didato


Joe Didato, Sales Director for the Automotive Group has been an automotive media and marketing professional for more than 3 decades. 

Joe was previously National Account Director for MotorTrend representing brands like MotorTrend, Hot Rod, Four Wheeler, Truckin, Car Craft and Super Street among many others. During his tenure, he has worked with the OE’s, the near endemics and especially the Aftermarket across all media platforms. 

In addition to being an automotive enthusiast, Joe is an avid golfer, maintains a scratch handicap and still enjoys playing competitively. 

Joe earned his B.A. in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Roger Mealey


Roger Mealey, Sales Director for the Motorsports Group has been a marketing professional in the motorsports market for over 30 years.

Roger most recently served as the Marketing Director at RaceQuip. It was there where Roger began utilizing Digital Throttle and became a big believer in the program. Roger started his career in motorsports in the automotive and motorsports media at Petersen Publishing as an Account Manager. He was promoted to serve as the Publisher of Circle Track & Open Wheel Magazines in the late 90’s. Roger has experience in marketing from both sides of the desk as a seller and a buyer of marketing products so he offers a unique knowledge of the process.

Roger enjoys all forms of motorsports and he currently races a Dirt Open Wheel Modified.

Michael Parra


Michael Parra, Sales Director of vehicle repair markets at Digital Throttle, has 20+ years of advertising sales experience in the automotive aftermarket and motorsports industries. 

Michael had previous stints at National Speed Sport News and Endeavor Business Media. He started selling print ads in the mid-1990’s at Miami New Times Alternative Weekly publication. He has since sold all forms of advertising, and excels at creating custom marketing packages for his clients. 

Michael has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. When Michael and his wife, Wendy, are not chasing after their two sons - Nicholas and Jacob - he enjoys traveling to sporting events (go Irish!) and attending rock concerts.

Kevin Schrandt


Kevin Schrandt, Sales Director of Off-road and Outdoor market segments, brings 30+ years of
Automotive and digital marketing experience to Digital Throttle.

Kevin began his Automotive career with Bestop, Inc., directing sales, marketing, engineering
and product development, serving both domestic and international A/M and OEM accounts,
and devising marketing plans to drive growth and profitability. After leaving Bestop, he has
operated a digital marketing agency, delivering services in marketing strategy, website SEO and
SEM, video production, and branding, among other services. In addition to the truck, SUV and
off-road niches, Kevin recently engaged in marketing campaigns to the broader overland and
outdoor adventure lifestyle segments.

Kevin earned his B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, at the Boulder and Denver
campuses respectively.

Jennifer Seaburn


Jennifer Seaburn holds the role of Account Manager at Digital Throttle, where she takes charge of supervising social media activities, managing daily advertising operations, and fine-tuning client campaigns for optimal results. Prior to her tenure at Digital Throttle, she amassed valuable experience by collaborating with multiple agencies in media buying, focusing on a diverse range of automotive and aftermarket automotive clients.

Reghan Phillips


Reghan Phillips, a seasoned creative director at Digital Throttle, boasts a rich background spanning more than half a decade in the dynamic fields of marketing and design. Her prior role encompassed both creative and marketing responsibilities, playing a pivotal role in the elevation of brands towards their desired identities. Reghan's drive stems from her passion for crafting distinctive experiences that serve as wellsprings of inspiration for others.

Her educational journey culminated in a B.A. in Marketing and Design from Wade College, complemented by a minor focus on business administration.

Sean Robb


Sean Robb, Digital Throttle’s marketing coordinator, has been in the marketing and journalism industry for four years. 

Prior to his time at Digital Throttle, Sean worked as a digital media journalist and producer for numerous television and radio outlets. Sean’s experience helps him create unique content for Digital Throttle clients and their consumers.

Sean graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A in broadcast journalism with minors in media arts and entertainment management. Sean won an Emmy Student Award for Excellence for a sports story he wrote and produced.

Lindsay Stover


Lindsay Stover is a dynamic marketing professional with a strong academic background and a passion for crafting data-driven strategies that make an impact. Being a member of Generation Z, Lindsay's upbringing in the digital age has instilled in her an unparalleled understanding of the digital landscape. This deep immersion has equipped her with a unique perspective on leveraging social media and emerging technologies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

As our Digital Ad Operations Coordinator, Lindsay's passion and expertise shine through in her work. She combines her strong analytical abilities with a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive tangible results.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing in December 2022 from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Tracy Hansen


Meet Tracy Hansen, the adept Staff Accountant powering Digital Throttle's financial excellence. With a solid decade of experience in the finance realm, Tracy excels in ensuring both internal and external compliance.

A proud Washington native, Tracy has honed her expertise across diverse sectors, from various branches of Government to the intricacies of oil/fuel delivery, septic care, and efficient warehouse management.

Tracy's academic achievements include a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University, solidifying her foundation for success in the financial domain.

Pramod Billa


Pramod Billa, Systems and Technology Manager of Digital Throttle. Pramod oversees the maintenance and operation of information systems to insure all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software are running. 

Pramod has over eight years' of web development experience and extensive experience with database design, algorithm development, source control, developing code and more. 

Pramod earned his Masters degree in Computer Applications from and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, India.

Mark Masker


Mark started his powersports career on the editorial side in 2000 at Source Interlink’s Hot Rod
Bikes magazine. After working at Hot Bike and Street Chopper magazines, both on staff and
later freelance, he made the transition to digital content creation in 2013. He started creating
editorial content for Digital Throttle in 2017. Now he also works for us as an ad copy writer.

In the time since he started with Digital Throttle, Mark has also created editorial content on the
automotive and truck sides of the industry as well, writing custom car and truck features for
drivingline.com. His stories have run the gamut from interviews, product reviews, and buyers’
guides to event coverage and custom features.

Mark earned his B.A. from the School of Fine Arts at the University of Southern California.
