Is Your Reporting System Proprietary?

Yes, the user interface that displays the results, graphs and other options is proprietary and custom to Digital Throttle. However, the raw data is captured and stored using a SQL relational database.

How Often is the Data Refreshed?

We pull the raw data nightly. We also re-confirm the data by pulling the previous 3 days data every night. This ensures any corrections or updates to both performance and conversion data are completely accurate.

Do You Provide Custom Reports?

Yes, we can prepare custom reports on a regular basis. We link to these custom reports inside the REPORTER user interface to enhance both security and convenient storage.

Can the Data Be Exported or Accessed via Custom API?

Yes, we can set up a custom API for your raw data to be made available. We can also export raw data as a CSV file for your use.

Do You Also Email Reports?

Yes, you can elect to receive a running 30-day summary of all your online advertising campaigns. The emails are sent on Monday afternoons — monthly, weekly or every other week.

What Levels of Detail Do You Track?

We go deep! Results are shown at the total level, type of ad, exact ad creative, keyword (for search), and audience profile (for social targeting). We can also build additional reporting as needed.

How Do You Track Conversions?

We ask you to install Google Tag Manager (GTM) on your website, or gain access if you already have it. Our template of triggers, tags and variables measures the key conversions and attributes them to your paid advertising.

Is There a Limit to Users?

No — you can add unlimited reporting users. You are allowed one admin and billing contact, and can restrict users to specific campaigns. Agencies get a special login to view results across all their clients.

Do You Also Track My Website?

Yes, we add a new Google Analytics 4 to the site, configured to track conversion and audience events. A reporting section shows your total web visits and what percentage of traffic came from your paid ads.

Does the Reporting Also Show Invoices?

Yes, your reporting will show all your invoices, payments made and any balance due.
